Miracle Method franchises revive customers’ kitchens and bathrooms, covering old and battered features with a clean, aesthetically pleasing and hygienic new surface. This is marketed as an alternative to replacing worn fixtures, letting customers save up to 70% of the cost of replacement as well as avoiding the disruption involved in replacement work. While it’s primarily marketed to residential customers, there’s also potential to do work for commercial clients, with the larger projects this can involve.
Franchisees manage the business rather than doing the repair work, so the franchisor is looking for people with a competitive streak who are comfortable in sales and management roles. The system and its training provide support in areas such as sales, marketing, and managing staff, but existing experience in these areas would be beneficial. The hands-off model and emphasis on sales and competition could make it suitable for someone ambitious for ongoing growth.

Section IV – News Updates on the Miracle Method Franchise
Section V – Financial Performance Representations (Average Revenues and/or Profits) for the Miracle Method Franchise (Item 19, 2025 FDD)
- As of December 31, 2024, there were 202 franchised Miracle Method Businesses in the Miracle Method franchise system (“Franchised Outlets”). These Franchised Outlets also include those outlets operated under Franchise Agreements with Miracle Method’s master franchisees. Miracle Method has included these outlets as they are substantially similar to a Miracle Method Business.
- Miracle Method refers to each franchisee operating one or more Franchised Outlets as a “Franchised Location”.
- The financial information provided in the following tables represents the historical performance of Miracle Method’s 73 Franchised Locations open and operating for the entire 12 month period ended December 31, 2024.
- Three Franchised Locations were excluded because they were not open for the full 12 month period ended December 31, 2024. All three Franchised Locations closed in 2024 and none were open for less than 12 months prior to closing.
- The first Franchised Location began operations in 1988 and the most recent in 2023.

- Average Reported Number of Technicians: 2.7
- Average Gross Revenues per Tech per Month: $13,340
- Average Number of Franchised Outlets: 1.6
- “Gross Revenues” as used in this Item 19 has the same meaning as “Gross Revenues” used in the Franchise Agreement.
- The data from which the information in the charts above was derived was reported to Miracle Method by each Franchised Location.
- Some Gross Revenues may be generated from jobs outside a Territory.
- Miracle Method calculated monthly Gross Revenue per technician by dividing Gross Revenues for the Franchised Location by 12 and dividing the resulting number by the number of technicians for the Franchised Location.
- The Territory populations for the Franchised Outlets ranged from 234,420 people to 3,177,014* people (*this franchisee has a legacy Franchise Agreement that granted this large Territory). Miracle Method franchises with larger total populations may experience higher revenues than a franchise with a standard Territory currently offered by the Disclosure Document.
- The Franchised Locations listed in the table above in many instances operate multiple Franchised Outlets. Miracle Method allows franchisees with multiple Franchised Outlets to report a combined Gross Revenues figure to it.
- Because the Gross Revenues figures above include aggregate totals from Franchised Locations with multiple Franchised Outlets, these figures may include significantly higher revenues than the typical franchisee would generate operating a single Miracle Method Business.
- The information in this Item 19 does not reflect the costs of sales, operating expenses, or other costs or expenses that must be deducted from Gross Revenues to obtain your net income or profit.
- Some outlets have sold these amounts. Your individual results may differ. There is no assurance that you’ll sell as much.
