TruBlue Home Service Ally Franchise Review 2026: Costs, Fees, News, Average Revenues and/or Profits

Learn Which Franchises Can Make You Rich

Ambrosio’s Take

TruBlue Home Service Ally targets two underserved needs simultaneously – home maintenance for busy adults and safety modifications for seniors aging in place – which gives it a built-in demographic tailwind as the U.S. population continues to age. What stands out in the 2026 FDD is the growth trajectory: average gross revenues have increased 18.6% in 2025 on top of 15.5% in 2024, and the system added a net 31 outlets last year, the strongest expansion in the three years of data disclosed. At a total initial investment of $70,050 to $96,400, this is one of the lowest entry points I’ve reviewed in the home services category, which lowers the bar for getting in – but with first quartile franchisees averaging $845,486 against a fourth quartile average of $213,744, execution clearly matters far more than the cost of entry.

Ambrosio’s Take is a new feature on all Franchise Chatter FDD Talk posts based on the 2026 FDD.

  • The preceding data has been extracted from financial reports submitted by TruBlue Home Service Ally franchisees.
  • For purposes of this Item 19, “Gross Revenue” means the total of all income arising from the operation of the franchised business, whether cash or credit. It is recognized on an accrual basis and regardless of collection, which means that a franchisee’s Gross Revenue for any period represents how much a franchisee billed its clients during the period, not how much the franchisee received.
  • Gross Revenue does not include the amount of refunds and discounts made to clients, or the amount of sales or excise taxes that are separately stated and that the franchisee is required to and does collect from clients and pays to the appropriate taxing authority.
  • The Gross Revenue figures do not reflect the costs of sales, other operating expenses, or other costs or expenses that must be deducted from Gross Revenue to obtain your net income or profit. Those expenses include fees you are required to pay TruBlue Home Service Ally under the terms of your franchise agreement, such as royalties and national branding contributions.
  • Some outlets have sold this amount. Your individual results may differ. There is no assurance that you’ll sell as much.
