Section V – Financial Performance Representations (Average Revenues and/or Profits) for the Mr. Appliance Franchise (Item 19, 2025 FDD)

  • The sales figures listed below are average and median Gross Sales per Job data derived from historical operating results of the Mr. Appliance franchised businesses indicated for the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (the “Reporting Period”).
  • Mr. Appliance obtained these sales figures from information provided to it by its franchisees. Franchisees are not required to use generally accepted accounting principles when reporting these figures.
  • As of December 31, 2024, there were 310 Mr. Appliance businesses in operation in the United States, all of which were franchised businesses. The information provided in this Item 19 is based on data reported to Mr. Appliance from a total of 289 franchised businesses that were in operation and reported sales to it for all or any portion of the Reporting Period, including franchised businesses that opened or closed during the Reporting Period.
  • This Item 19 does not include data from (a) 9 franchised businesses that opened during the Reporting Period and therefore didn’t operate and report data for all of the Reporting Period and (b) 12 franchised businesses that underwent a transfer during the Reporting Period and as a result did not operate and report data for all of the Reporting Period.
  • “Gross Sales” means the total revenues and receipts from whatever source (whether in the form of cash, credit, agreement to pay, barter, trade, or other consideration) that arise, directly or indirectly, from the operation of – or in connection with – a Mr. Appliance business whether under any of the Marks or otherwise.
  • Gross Sales exclude sales taxes collected from customers and paid to the appropriate taxing authority and any other bona fide refunds, rebates, or discounts that Mr. Appliance authorizes in writing. Gross Sales also exclude sales from any Excluded Services.
  • Some outlets have earned this amount. Your individual results may differ. There is no assurance you will earn as much.
