Checkers & Rally’s Franchise Review 2025: Costs, Fees, News, Average Revenues and/or Profits

Learn Which Franchises Can Make You Rich

Checkers & Rally’s is a fast food franchise. Created through the merger of two separate restaurant chains, it operates restaurants under the name of either Checkers or Rally’s, depending upon the region. The company focuses on the carryout market, and most locations don’t have indoor seating areas, though a few locations have retained these from earlier eras.

Its menu consists of classic American takeout food, including burgers, hot dogs, and chicken, with seasoned fries as its signature dish. The company takes so much pride in the fries that customers are offered free fries if they report a bad batch, an offer that helps the company keep an eye out for wider problems at its restaurants.

The company is looking for ways to improve its franchises and so expand its impact, and has recently revamped the prototype for its restaurants. This means a smaller footprint, reducing construction and running costs and so making things easier for franchisees.

"I've seen too many serious franchise buyers fall in love with a brand only to discover their territory is gone by the time they contact the franchisor. This tool was built to prevent exactly that." — Ambrosio, Franchise Chatter

⏳Find Out Which Franchises Are Still Available in Your Area Before It's Too Late
Most franchise buyers spend months researching brands and building excitement — unaware that their preferred territory could be snapped up at any moment. By the time they contact the franchisor, their preferred territory may already be taken. Enter your ZIP code — a territory specialist will verify exactly which franchises are still available right where you want to be.

The hamburger industry was worth $166 billion in 2024, with ongoing growth despite rising meat prices and financial pressure on the lower- and middle-income families who make up the bulk of its customer base. Smaller outlets may help Checkers & Rally’s to continue its expansion in the face of tough times.
