- In this Item 19, Two Men and a Truck has presented financial performance information for (a) single Metro Market Franchises operating in a single Marketing Area under a single franchise agreement (“Single Franchises”), (b) one or more Metro Market Franchises under common ownership that are licensed under one or more franchise agreements to operate in one or more Marketing Areas but work as a single business unit in the same general geographic region and share personnel and trucks (“Franchise Operating Units”), and (c) Mod Market Franchises.
