If a franchisee had more than one territory, the Gross Sales include revenues from all of the franchisee’s territories. No items have been deducted from Gross Sales.
  • Gross Sales from One-Time Cleans reflects Gross Sales generated from single visit cleaning services, which occur when a customer purchases a single cleaning visit with no subsequent visit.
  • Gross Sales from Recurring Customers reflects Gross Sales generated from customers who schedule recurring cleaning appointments, often on a twice monthly basis but varying according to customer needs. Customers with multiple service purchases in a year, even if not scheduled on a repeating basis, are included in this category.
  • The dollar amounts shown in this Item 19 have been rounded to the nearest dollar and the percentages have been rounded to the nearest full percentage point.
  • The above figures, which reflect Gross Sales, not profits, were calculated based upon information reported to MaidPro by its franchisees in its cloud-based software, which is used by MaidPro for calculating Royalties. The figures were as of December 31, 2021. The figures do not reflect all costs of sales, operating expenses, or other costs and expenses that must be deducted from the Gross Sales figures to obtain net income or profit.
  • Some MaidPro Franchised Businesses have sold this amount. Your individual results may differ. There is no assurance that you will sell as much.
