Section IV – Background Information on the All Dry Services Franchise
11 Things You Need to Know About the All Dry Services Franchise
Becomes Official Partner of The Palm Beach County Golf Association
1. In mid-April 2022, The Palm Beach County Golf Association announced an Official Partnership with All Dry Services. Since 2014, All Dry Services has been dedicated to helping homeowners and business owners who are dealing with the aftermath of disasters.
2. As a part of the Official Partnership, the comprehensive restoration and cleanup company will become Title Sponsor of the 43rd Senior Amateur presented by MyAllDry.com event at Turtle Creek Golf Club in Tequesta, Florida to be held from Friday, September 9 to Saturday, September 10, 2022. 3. Jordan Schneider, PBCGA executive director, said, “We are excited to have All Dry as an Official Partner in 2022. All Dry has been a longtime supporter of local community projects and we are proud to grow and develop our relationship with the company.”
Massachusetts Franchisee Strives to Provide Best Service Possible
4. In mid-April 2022, an All Dry Services franchise in Massachusetts was featured on local news for offering top-notch services. All Dry Services of Central Massachusetts is available around the clock to address water emergencies before they develop into even more severe mold issues. Garrett Pacy, one of the managers of the All Dry franchise, said, “We pride ourselves on the quality of our work.”
5. Since expanding into Massachusetts less than a year ago, All Dry has responded to calls from more than 150 patrons with water and/or mold issues. Pacy described one of the business’s biggest projects thus far, which involved a home infested with mold. “It was a family moving into a new home and mold was in the crawl space, attic, basement and a shed,” Pacy said. “The mold was overwhelming, and the family was in critical need.” The team went in, though. They got their work done and left the homeowner feeling pleased.
6. Pacy, who has been in the water/mold remediation business for several years, said he and fellow specialists at All Dry stand out from similar companies because they exhibit compassion for the plight of their customers. He added, “We go into people’s homes and calm them down after disasters. We focus on the customer first and not how much money we can make on a project. Our goal is to specialize in human relations and make people happy.”
7. The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification acknowledges All Dry as one of 6,500 firms in the world with certified expertise to handle building moisture and water damage restoration. According to Pacy, “To be certified in this industry proves that we are a reputable source. When people are going through an ordeal such as flooding, water leaks or finding mold, they want to make sure someone can handle it correctly. While some states require certification, Massachusetts doesn’t. However, we want to stay on top of knowing all the latest industry standards.”
8. Pacy said customers are also pleased that All Dry can handle insurance claims following disasters. “Once customers file the claims, we take over from there because we know that can be stressful,” Pacy said. “We want to make things easy and as painless as possible.”
Company History
9. All Dry Services was founded in 2014 by Matt Kuntz in Central Florida. Kuntz spent over 25 years running an air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical business. Over that time, Kuntz grew that company from one technician to over 150+ technicians with double-digit growth 24 out of 25 years. When he was ready to move on to his next business venture, Kuntz sold his air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical business to a Fortune 100 company.
10. Using all the knowledge and experience he gained, Kuntz developed the concept for All Dry and opened the first location in 2014. Kuntz began franchising All Dry in 2020. Today, there are All Dry Services locations in a handful of states with more slated to open in the coming years.
