Franchise Chatter (FC): What is Cyberbacker? Can you share more about the concept?

Jason Stowe (JS): Cyberbacker is the leading provider of world-class administrative support services from anywhere in the world to help businesses worldwide. Our mission is to partner like-minded and qualified individuals with clients to help businesses work towards their goals. JS: Our franchise owners are not required to be hands-on all the time when it comes to day-to-day operations. This allows franchisees to devote more time to networking in their markets and focus on growing their business. Plus, we offer existing business owners the opportunity to buy a Cyberbacker franchise that allows them to leverage themselves, help others, and add to their portfolio.

FC: What qualities make Cyberbacker a strong business opportunity for franchise owners?

JS: This past year, many people across the globe have quit their jobs to work remotely from home. Additionally, the future of the job market is moving towards remote working opportunities, and many companies will continue outsourcing administrative duties to lower admin costs. Look at this past year alone, people across the globe have quit their jobs to work from home, and more are expected to follow in the upcoming months.

Cyberbacker provides the demand for these roles that employers and employees actively seek as the world transitions to more virtual career opportunities.

JS: We have an initial franchise fee of $30,000 and a total initial investment under $95,000. This investment includes three Cyberbackers that specialize in sales, onboarding, and client relationships.

FC: Can you share special discounts offered to potential franchisees?

JS: We offer a special discount for veterans that takes $5,000 off the franchise fee which lowers the initial fee to $25,000.
