In this exclusive Q&A, we learn more about Ziggi’s Coffee from its co-founder and CEO, Brandon Knudsen.
Franchise Chatter (FC): Can you please share a bit of background on the Ziggi’s Coffee concept including its founding story and its growth up until this point?
Brandon Knudsen (BK): My wife Camrin and I both had parents who ran their own successful businesses while we were growing up, so we knew we wanted to follow a similar path and be part of something we could build together from the ground up.
We opened our first Ziggi’s Coffee on the corner of 4th and Main Street in Longmont, Colorado in 2004 and since then, have grown the company into a thriving franchise with 21 locations and 43 franchise agreements in seven states. With multiple drive-thru and coffeehouse locations across the U.S., Ziggi’s is on a mission to provide a superior cup of coffee with exceptional service that customers can rely on.
For us, coffee has always been more than just a beverage. We associate coffee with fellowship and see it as a way to connect with customers.
