6. National Property Inspections was founded in 1987 by Roland Bates in Omaha, Nebraska. National Property Inspections provides commercial and residential inspections, as well as government, insurance, and corporate relocation inspections. Bates began franchising National Property Inspections immediately and even expanded to Canada later in 1987 under the name Global Property Inspections.
7. Today, National Property Inspections has locations across North America. The company is still headquartered in Omaha and Roland Bates still serves as National Property Inspections’ CEO.
