Franchise Chatter (FC): Can you please share a bit of background on the Fit Body Boot Camp concept including its founding story and its growth up until this point?
Bedros Keuilian (BK): I became obsessed with fitness in high school when a teammate of mine shared the importance of exercise and a healthy diet. As my passion grew, I eventually pursued a career as a personal trainer. Through my experiences working one-on-one with my clients, I noticed a desperate need for affordable personal fitness training services – especially during the recession as people were unable to prioritize their health because of the price.
Fit Body Boot Camp was founded in 2009 as a way to offer members specialized, high-intensity workout sessions at an affordable cost. Since 2009, we have grown to 700+ locations globally. We share our success stories through social media which has created a never-ending cycle of positive exposure across our social platforms. We hope to transform 100,000,000 people worldwide through better health, fitness and mindset by the year 2025.

BK: Fit Body Boot Camp is a great business opportunity because we offer fanatical support, multiple streams of revenue, and complete fulfillment when you invest in the company. Our franchisees have access to Fit Body Boot Camp University, an online, on-site and follow-up program to train new owners on our model. They also have access to our high-quality, branded gear and exclusive supplement line to offer members for extra profit.
Our model requires one trainer for every 30 members, lowering overhead costs. Unlike other fitness concepts, expensive equipment is not required. We pride ourselves on being an “anti-franchise franchise,” meaning we don’t take a royalty out of our franchisee’s monthly income. BK: We look for passionate, financially-qualified and fitness-oriented (not required) franchisees who aspire to open multiple locations. That being said, we accept single-unit investments and offer 25% off additional locations after their first Fit Body Boot Camp. We love to support military vets, and offer a 25% discount off buy in.
Territories we are hoping to expand in are the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. We are hoping to expand to 2,500 locations.

BK: My role as founder and CEO is to empower our team to be collaborative, drive results, and work hard. I oversee all operations to be sure that every decision made is in line with Fit Body Boot Camp’s core values – to drive change and exceed expectations. I participate in interviews, podcasts and social media to create constant exposure for the brand, increasing leads and involvement from the communities of our locations.
