Last updated on May 12, 2018 by Franchise Chatter Leave a Comment
in Business Services Franchise, Promotional Products Franchise, Q & A Interview

Learn Which Franchises Can Make You Rich
From left to right: Joe Loch, Fully Promoted Brand President; Ray Titus, United Franchise Group CEO; Ben Bassett, Fully Promoted Franchisee

Fully Promoted, previously known as EmbroidMe, recently celebrated the grand reopening of its first ever location in West Palm Beach.

“Fully Promoted takes the best of what we offered as EmbroidMe and puts us forward on a faster growth trajectory,” said Joe Loch, president of Fully Promoted. “Our new vision was established to provide significant benefits for our customers and franchise owners, allowing them to succeed together.”

Franchise business owner Ben Bassett has been a resident of the Palm Beaches for over 30 years, and was employed as an engineer and a division general manager by C-MAC Industries prior to launching his own business.

America's Most Lucrative Franchises of the Year

In this exclusive Q&A with Ben Bassett, we will be learning more about Fully Promoted and its reopening in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Franchise Chatter (FC): How important was it to establish a location in Palm Beach County?

Ben Bassett (BB): It is quite an accomplishment because it represents the first ever location for this brand in West Palm Beach. The reopening was an exciting time for our team. The location is in close proximity to Military Trail and Okeechobee Boulevard, which is a high-traffic area for businesses, and it’s also convenient for the downtown and western communities. In addition, Palm Beach International Airport and local marinas are nearby.

FC: What is the significance of rebranding and the services that are currently offered?

BB: The evolution from EmbroidMe was important because that brand focused on custom-branded apparel. Rebranding to Fully Promoted allows us now to devote our time to enhancing a more complete line of marketing services that will be a benefit to more businesses.

FC: How long have you been with the company and why the transition into Fully Promoted?

BB: I joined EmbroidMe in 2002, and it specialized in a niche market that provided quality branded apparel and products. As the brand evolved, there became a need to provide additional services to businesses. In 2017, we transitioned to Fully Promoted. The rebranded version provides upgraded resources such as promotional products, printing services, and digital marketing. Our local experts provide not only the products and services to businesses; we also provide them with solutions to help attract more customers.

FC: What are your thoughts on the brand’s transition?

BB: I think it is a welcome and needed change. EmbroidMe always provided a great product, but we recognized and understood there was so much more to offer. As Fully Promoted, we have broadened the scope of our marketing services. We are now a one-stop shop for small to medium-sized businesses and their customers.

FC: What is your favorite aspect of being a franchise owner for Fully Promoted?

Franchises Ranked by Average Revenues and Profits

BB: I’ve been a resident of West Palm Beach for 30 years, and I really enjoy servicing businesses in a town that I am so familiar with. I’ve made a lot of connections over the years and understand the business community and its needs.

FC: What can you tell us about the store?

BB: It’s located at 1369 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach. Construction on the building began in June of last year and was completed in September. It is 1,450 square feet and open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the construction process, we used Signarama as one of the vendors; another brand from United Franchise Group and just next door.

FC:  As a franchise owner, what is your background?

BB:  I was born in Florida and graduated with an Engineering degree from the University of Florida. I earned my MBA from Florida Atlantic University and was a general manager at C-MAC Industries prior to joining EmbroidMe. I’m married and the father of three children.
