Section I – Background Information
While down-the-line fast-casual pizza restaurants are now popping up all over the place, Your Pie founder Drew French says the concept originated in Athens, Georgia, when he was inspired to try his hand at the Italian approach to pizza baked in brick ovens.
His ideas are strongly rooted in the Italian tradition to which he was exposed when visiting his wife’s family on the island of Ischia during their honeymoon in 2006. He was impressed with how quickly custom, artisan pies could be assembled and cooked by using high-temperature brick ovens.

Ordering a pint of the location’s selected brew of the month allows patrons to take their pint glass with them when they leave. Diners can also join the Pi(e)nt Club to earn a free entrée after accumulating ten purchases of pints.
Fresh Offerings
In addition to its creative pi promotions, Your Pie also comes up with a variety of limited time offerings, such as its launching of the seasonal Craft Pie Series.
Its most recent roll-out to celebrate its 7th anniversary was the new Maple Bacon Gelato pizza, as well as a revival of its popular Slider Pie (hand-tossed dough topped with roasted garlic olive oil, white cheddar cheese, meatballs, red onions, pickles, and yellow mustard).
