  • The information included below is a historic financial performance representation based on the reports submitted by the reporting franchised Huddle House Restaurants. Huddle House has not audited the data that the franchisees submitted.
  • This Item 19 includes financial performance information relevant to standard Huddle House Restaurants.
  • These tables only include the information of those franchised Huddle House Restaurants that have reported certain operational results to Huddle House, and not all franchised Huddle House Restaurants have submitted such reports.
  • There could be a variety of reasons why some franchisees report and some do not. Huddle House is not aware of any characteristics that would separate the reporting franchisees from the non-reporting franchisees.

  • 56 (27.9%) have EBITDAR greater than the Tier 3 average EBITDAR.
  • 59 (29.4%) achieved Annualized Sales greater than the Tier 1 average.
  • 60 (29.9%) achieved Annualized Sales greater than the Tier 2 average.
  • 66 (32.8%) achieved Annualized Sales greater than the Tier 3 average.
  • Of all 377 franchised Huddle House Restaurants that were in operation at the end of fiscal year 2014:
  • 349 (92.6%) were in Tier 1 range of Annualized Sales, and 91 (24.1%) achieved Annualized Sales greater than the Tier 1 average.
  • 349 (92.6%) were in Tier 2 range of Annualized Sales, and 95 (25.2%) achieved Annualized Sales greater than the Tier 2 average.
  • 363 (96.3%) were in Tier 3 range of Annualized Sales, and 115 (30.5%) achieved Annualized Sales greater than the Tier 3 average.
