- The information reported below was compiled by The Traveling Photo Booth using reports and records from its franchisees, and while The Traveling Photo Booth does not believe that its franchisees have falsified or inaccurately reported any data included in the information below, neither The Traveling Photo Booth nor its auditors have performed any procedures on the data or independently verified the accuracy of the data reported.
- The following chart shows the performance of The Traveling Photo Booth’s franchisees during the indicated 12-month periods of each franchisee’s business operation. For each franchisee, each 12-month period applicable to that franchisee is measured from the opening date of the Business.
- For purposes of the table below, “Gross Sales” is defined to mean the total dollars received by franchisees as a result of bookings for Photo Booth Events before deductions for any costs.
- “Photo Booth Events” are events for which customers have rented one or more The Traveling Photo Booths.
- “The Traveling Photo Booths in Operation” refers to the number of The Traveling Photo Booths used by franchisees to satisfy bookings for Photo Booth Events during the indicated 12-month period. The number of The Traveling Photo Booths in operation is expressed as a range to show the minimum and maximum number of The Traveling Photo Booths leased by franchisees included in the data.
- The data reported below includes fifteen The Traveling Photo Booth franchisees that had at least 12 months of operation as of December 31, 2013 (i.e. franchisees that opened their businesses in 2012 or before).
- The sales and expenses of your Business will be affected by factors that include:
- the Business’s geographic location;
- competition in the market;
- presence of other Photo Businesses;
- the quality of management of your Photo Business;
- the quality of the services delivered by your Photo Booth Business;
- your contractual relationships with vendors;
- the extent to which you finance the operation of your Photo Booth Business;
- your legal, accounting, and other professional fees;
- federal, state, and local income taxes, gross profit taxes, or other taxes;
- cost of any automobiles used in the business;
- other discretionary expenditures;
- and accounting methods used.
- The figures in this Item 19 do not reflect the costs of sales, operating expenses, or other costs or expenses that must be deducted from the gross revenues or gross sales figures to obtain your net income or profit, including the Initial Fee and the Royalty Fees and Dream Fund Fees payable to The Traveling Photo Booth during the term of the Franchise Agreement.
