  • The information in Tables 1 and 2 below includes only sales information for the included Shops, so you should not draw any inferences with respect to any Shop’s costs and expenses or profitability.
  • The information in Table 1 below reflects unaudited information provided to sweetFrog by its Affiliates. The information in Table 1 and Table 2 below was polled by sweetFrog from information reported by franchisees using sweetFrog’s currently required MICROS point-of-sale system and is unaudited.

Explanatory Notes for Table 1 – Average Net Sales of Affiliate-Owned and Franchised Shops for the First Twelve Fiscal Periods of 2013

  • The table below reflects historical financial information related to Affiliate-Owned Shops and Franchised Shops that had been operating for at least 60 calendar days during the first twelve fiscal periods of 2013 and that reported sales on sweetFrog’s MICROS point-of-sale system.
  • The table below does not include financial performance information relating to 11 Affiliate-Owned Shops and 48 Franchised Shops that were open as of December 1, 2013 that did not meet these criteria.
  • The performance of sweetFrog’s Licensed Shops is not reflected in this table.

  • The table below reflects historical financial information related to Franchised Shops that had been operating for at least 60 calendar days during the first twelve fiscal periods of 2013 and that reported sales on sweetFrog’s MICROS point-of-sale system.
  • The table below does not include financial performance information relating 48 Franchised Shops that were open as of December 1, 2013 that did not meet these criteria.
