Highlights of fro.zen.yo’s Item 19 Financial Performance Representations (2013 FDD) – Part 2
- The franchisor is not representing that you can expect to achieve these sales or profits in your first year of operation, or at any time during the term of your franchise agreement. Your revenues and expenses may vary significantly depending on a number of factors, including the location of your store and how you operate your business.
- The franchisor will replace the operating results of the affiliate-owned Stores in this Item 19 with the operating results of its franchisees when it has franchisees who have been in operation at least one year.
- The Stores represented below offer the same products and services to the general public as your Store will offer. Actual results vary from Store to Store and the franchisor cannot estimate the results of any particular franchisee.
- You must purchase your products solely from the approved suppliers the franchisor designates in the Manual or otherwise in writing. The franchisor may designate a single supplier as the sole approved source of certain items. It reserves the right to designate itself or its affiliates as approved suppliers of additional items in the future, and the franchisor and its affiliates will have the right to earn a profit from the sale of these items to its franchisees. Neither the franchisor nor its affiliates are currently an approved supplier for any items. None of its officers have an ownership interest in any approved supplier.
