Money Pages, a leader in direct mail advertising in the Southeast, has moved to a franchising model and announced the company’s first franchised location in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Since its inception in 2001, Money Pages has grown to 13 corporate markets throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, reaching over 560,000 homes monthly, saving readers money on everyday purchases and helping businesses grow their bottom lines.
Money Pages has two independently owned and operated markets as it begins to expand its readership base. The first began eight years ago in Greenwood, SC and its first franchise in Ormond Beach, Florida began operations in April 2013.
“We have invested two years planning and building a robust franchise system,” said Money Pages President and CEO, Alan Worley. “Franchising is the next step in our growth and we expect continued success based on our preparations, the exceptional team we have in place, and a sound plan.”

Money Pages’ first franchisee is Don Grindle, a former executive of Foster Grant. Grindle has demonstrated the ability to develop and implement successful business plans, conduct business development/contract negotiations, and build and direct successful teams.
“Money Pages is a terrific opportunity and we’ve already had success early on with the magazine in Ormond Beach,” said Grindle. “People appreciate saving money and businesses are always looking for new and creative ways to stimulate growth.”
Money Pages also specializes in custom direct mail campaigns and interactive marketing solutions to help businesses further target their desired customers.
Money Pages announced earlier this year that Chris Sexton had joined the company as director of franchise development. Sexton leads the franchising program, including working with individuals interested in owning a magazine in their own market, optimizing an industry leading training program, and fully supporting franchisees once in operation.
Sexton’s background includes previous ownership of an independent Money Pages market, supporting the growth of corporate Money Pages markets, and marketing management leadership experience with Florida Blue and AT&T.
