  • Doc Popcorn Businesses may be operated from mobile self-contained units, non-traditional fixed location kiosks, and retail stores.
  • PopKiosks may be located in malls, airports, rest stops, and other high traffic venues and are typically between 100 and 350 square feet.
  • PopShops are traditional retail stores that typically occupy between approximately 100 and 500 square feet and are also located in malls, airports, rest stops, and other high traffic venues.
  • This Item 19 presents information about the Gross Revenue realized by certain Doc Popcorn Businesses during the period from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012 (“Reporting Period”).
  • The figures presented below do not reflect the operating expenses or other costs or expenses that must be deducted from the gross revenue figures to obtain your net income or profit.

  • Table 1 shows the following yearly revenue information of the Table 1 Reporting Group for the Reporting Period:  the average yearly gross revenue for the Table 1 Reporting Group and the average yearly gross revenue achieved by the top 1/3 of the Table 1 Reporting Group.
  • The representation in Table 1 is a historical financial performance representation about a subset of the franchise system’s existing outlets.
  • Table 1 also shows the percentage of these Doc Popcorn PopKiosk Businesses that were at, equal, or below the stated numbers.
