Must the franchisee use ingredients supplied by the franchiser such as rolls, meat, etc? Are franchisees beholden to the franchisers methods of making the cheesesteaks? I ask, because being from Philly, franchises do not use the traditional roll and meat that make a true Philly cheesesteak. Also, in Philly Cheesesteak is one word, not 2 which tells me you are not traditional.
