Highlights of TCBY’s Item 19 Financial Performance Representations (2012 FDD)

The financial performance representations in TCBY’s Item 19 apply only to Self-Serve Stores. Other than for Self-Serve Stores, TCBY does not make any representations about a franchisee’s future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets.

The following sales figures are derived from the actual historical performance of all TCBY Self-Serve Stores that were open for all of 2011. As of December 2011, there were 53 Self-Serve Stores and 221 total Self-Serve and Traditional Stores combined. TCBY did not include in the figures below the Self-Serve Stores that were not open for the entire 2011 calendar year.

These sales figures were achieved over the 2011 calendar year.
