  • In addition to its signature cookie line (Toll House cookies, cookie cakes, cookie cupcakes, cookie lollies, mini cookies, etc.), Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip offers a unique selection of bakery goods, including macaroons, cupcakes, and brownies, among other items. The cafés also serve frozen treats featuring Dreyer’s/Edy’s branded ice cream, premium coffee drinks using Nescafé coffee, soft-serve frozen yogurt, and real fruit smoothies.

  • The “4th Quartile” refers to the lowest 25% performing cafés, and includes 13 mall cafés, 2 non-mall cafés, and 3 co-brand cafés.
  • Gross sales means the total selling price of all services and products and all income of every other kind and nature related to the cafés (including income related to catering and delivery activities, and any sales or orders of food products or food preparation services provided from or related to the cafés), whether for cash or credit and regardless of collection in the case of credit.
  • Gross sales excludes sales taxes and other taxes collected by franchisees in the operation of cafés.
  • For co-branded cafés, gross sales includes only the portion related to the café, and excludes gross sales of the unit relating to the co-brand.
