What is The Flame Broiler?
1. Founded in 1995 in Fullerton, California, The Flame Broiler is a Korean style quick-casual restaurant known for its flame broiled chicken, beef, and ribs, served with vegetables, brown or white rice, and the restaurant’s own homemade teriyaki-style sauce. The servings come in either a mini-bowl, a large bowl or a plate.

Nothing is fried, there is no skin on the chicken, no trans fat and no MSG.
