Moe’s Southwest Grill, the fast casual restaurant franchise specializing in fresh southwest fare, is expanding its presence into airports across the country through a new partnership with HMSHost. The fast growing restaurant chain just opened a new location in the Memphis International Airport this month, their first in conjunction with HMSHost, and their fourth airport location overall. Their other airport locations are in Las Vegas, Oklahoma City and Atlanta.
Moe’s, which has grown to more than 420 locations in just 10 years, is a perfect fit for the quick, on-the-go atmosphere of an airport. At Moe’s, each meal is prepared right before your eyes and is served with free chips and salsa, including the Homewrecker burrito, the Billy Barounachos, and the Close Talker salad. By serving only fresh produce and natural ingredients such as grass-fed steak and organic tofu, Moe’s has found a way to cater to its fast-paced customers by offering unlimited customizable and portable menu options. The food will be made fast, but the taste and quality won’t be compromised.
