Ambrosia, long time lurker. I was wondering if you could fix the link for the FDD. I’m curious about how they lay out Item 19 in light of the DQ scandal.

Hi Long Girl,

The Department of California’s website is not functioning properly right now, but once it’s fixed, I’ll repair the broken link. Sorry about that. What DQ scandal are you referring to?

Best regards,

Ambrosio

Thanks Ambrosia. The last dates of reports were last year but it appears they are going neck to neck with their franchisees over remodels. The franchisee threatened to go public and disclose information and DQ counter sued. I haven’t seen a resolution yet but it is interesting. Comments in various articles cry out that DQ is trying to control “free speech”. I’m suprised the media hasn’t done an expose ala Cold Stone.
