have you been able to do any research on “Tide Dry Cleaners” FDD report as you’ve done for Zips?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for dropping by! I just got my hands on the 2010 FDD of Tide Dry Cleaners (the latest one available from the State of California’s website), and the company does indeed make financial performance representations in Item 19. Please check back next week for a new FDD talk on Tide Dry Cleaners. Thanks for suggesting it!

Best regards,

Ambrosio

Do you still have the FDD for Zips somewhere in your archives. The link above doesn’t work, just wondering if you have it somewhere else.

Hi Rob,

Sorry about the broken link. That has been a recurring issue with the State of California’s website. I think I was able to fix it. Please check the link again. If you find any other broken links, please let me know so I can fix it. Thanks for dropping by!

Best regards,

Ambrosio
